1. How does payment processing work?
We process the payments using Paypal and/or Stripe. They give you (and give us) security against fraud.
2. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our quality manufacturers and suppliers overseas in various warehouses to save you lots of money on shipping costs internationally. They have access to very affordable shipping prices to every location across the globe, so we pass those savings on to you by shipping directly from them, and charging you nothing at all.

3. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We will ship your purchase within 2 - 3 business days

Delivery of a placed order can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending upon the item, and the current state of the postal systems. (Ie: Covid delays, etc)  We understand that international shipping can sometimes be slow, but we are absolutely positive that once you receive your package you'll see it was worth the wait!

4. Where is my tracking number?
Information about the status of the shipment appears within 3 - 7 days after the order is shipped. When your item is shipped you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

*Due to the current pandemic, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed. Your order may make an extra stop along the journey-rest assured that your package is on its way and that we're doing our best to get it to you as quickly as we can.
5. Help! My tracking information hasn't updated in a while! 
It's very normal for it not to update for several days at a time while it travels overseas, passes into customs, and gets registered into the local system. It is expected, and correct. 

6. Only part of my order arrived, where is the rest?
Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, we may ship some separately. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers to save you money, and we use multiple manufacturers for various products. Do not fear - your entire order will arrive, even if it's in two (or three+) different packages!
