1. HOW DOES PAYMENT PROCESSING WORK?
We process the payments using Paypal and/or Stripe. They give you (and give us) security against fraud. 

We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Apple Pay payments.

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. We will ship your purchase within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES BY DESTINATION:

United Kingdom (FREE):
Standard Shipping takes 5 - 9 business days after dispatch. 

France, Germany, Italy and Spain (£5.95):
Standard Shipping takes 8 - 15 business days after dispatch. 

America and Canada (£7.95):
Standard Shipping takes 12 - 25 business days after dispatch.

Worldwide (£10.95):
Standard shipping takes 15 - 25 business days after dispatch.

NOTES:
- Due to COVID-19 situation in the world, the stated shipping times can be longer.
- Shipping time excludes clearance customs delays (if applicable).
- It's the customer's responsibility to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.

            3. WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
            When your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that contains the tracking number. You can then insert the tracking number here to check the latest location of the package.

            4. TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING.
            Tracking numbers usually become active within 1-2 business days after the shipping confirmation email has been sent. Please take in consideration that the tracking activity may experience delays from shipping processes.

            5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES. WHAT'S NOW?
            Charlie's Cat Studio™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, Charlie's Cat Studio™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
