Returns & Refunds


Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days of receiving the item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
Our orders are usually processed very quickly which means we unfortunately can’t make any changes once an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel or change your order, we advise that you send us an email at meow@charliescatstudio.com and we will do our best to help you.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you happened to receive a faulty or damaged product, we kindly ask that you send us an email at meow@charliescatstudio.com within 48 hours of receiving the item with photo evidence of the defect of your product. Please include your order number in the email. A return of the damaged product might not be required.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at meow@charliescatstudio.com.

REFUNDS
In order to be eligible for a refund, we ask that you return the product(s) you received. Once the order arrives and is inspected by our team, your refund will be processed and the amount you paid will be automatically credited in your original method of payment, in 2-7 business days. Keep in mind that products must be in their original condition.

NOTE: Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A trackable shipping method is mandatory, and we will not be able to process a refund if one is not used.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the address of delivery, as well as the date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to further investigate. If an order is lost or stolen while in transit and the status doesn’t appear as “delivered”, we will issue a replacement.

WRONG ADDRESS
If an order is returned or doesn’t reach the destination due to an incomplete/wrong address provided upon purchase, we cannot be held accountable and will not issue a refund.
